ウクライナ危機､鉄道が支える｢避難と物資輸送｣ 欧州各国､避難民輸送に｢運賃無料｣や車両提供

本年6月に防衛省が「自衛隊における鉄道輸送」と言う報告書を出した。
ウクライナの戦線で隣国ポーランド等からの武器弾薬は無論、首都キーウを訪れる西側の要人をはじめ、ポーランドへ脱出するウクライナの人々を輸送する鉄路の重要性に眼を向けた。
